Labor costs apply to removing junk not accessible at the curb or backing up to the garage or pile. Feces and Urine clean up not always available. Per quarter load of heavy handling is for items over 50lbs. For highway safety purposes to prevent garbage from flying out, loose debris and garbage must be bagged up, $50 charge is 1-10 bags/boxes that our crew would need to bag/box.  Dirt, gravel, concrete, and heavy machinery/heavy item transport such as skid steers, excavators, motorcycles, etc up to 11,500 lbs would need a manual quote.
